Shipments Policy

Satoriia Shipping Policy

At Satoriia, we deliver our haircare with care, bringing your ritual from our hands to your home as seamlessly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle returns for orders placed at www.satoriia.com. It is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read together with them.

1. Order Processing and Shipping Timeframes
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received and a separate email when it ships.

Shipping Commitment: We will ship your order within the timeframe communicated at checkout, or within 30 days if no specific timeframe is stated, in accordance with the FTC Mail Order Rule.

If We Cannot Ship on Time: If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you by email with a revised shipping estimate and give you the option to: (a) agree to the delay and keep your order, or (b) cancel your order for a full refund. If we do not receive your response, we will hold your order for an additional 30 days before canceling and refunding.

Shipping Confirmation: When your order ships, we will send a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Accurate Address: Please provide a valid shipping address at checkout. Satoriia is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Contact care@satoriia.com to update your address before your order ships.

Carrier Liability: Once your order has been handed to the carrier and tracking has been issued, Satoriia’s liability for loss or damage transfers to the carrier. We will assist you in filing a carrier claim, but cannot guarantee outcomes of third-party carrier processes.

2. U.S. Shipping
Honest Circle Members:
Free standard shipping on orders over $60 USD (excluding taxes).

Non-Members:
Free standard shipping on orders over $95 USD (excluding taxes).
For orders under $95 USD, standard shipping fees apply, calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Additional Charges: Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may incur additional charges, displayed at checkout.

Standard Delivery Estimates: Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. These are estimates — actual delivery may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, or other factors outside our control. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Shipping Restrictions: We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain product sizes.

3. International Shipping
Availability: International customers may order from www.satoriia.com.

Shipping Fees: All international shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier rates. Honest Circle membership free-shipping benefits do not apply to international orders.

Delivery Estimates: International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after processing, depending on the destination country and customs processing. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International buyers are solely responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and any import restrictions imposed by their country. Satoriia does not collect, pay, or reimburse these charges. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering. Refusal to pay applicable duties does not entitle you to a refund of the product cost.

Product Restrictions: Some Satoriia products may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries under local cosmetic or import regulations. If a product cannot be shipped to your destination, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item.

4. Returns and Refunds
Return Eligibility:
• Unopened, unused products in original packaging returned within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a full product refund.
• Damaged or defective items are eligible for replacement or full refund, including original shipping cost.
• Welcome gifts, surprise samples, and promotional items included with Honest Circle Membership are non-returnable unless defective.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.

How to Start a Return:
1. Email care@satoriia.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a return authorization number and, for U.S. customers, a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Ship your return within 14 days of receiving your return authorization to ensure timely processing.
4. International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including for defective or damaged items (we will refund the product cost and original shipping for defective items).

Refund Processing:
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of our receiving and confirming the returned item (for credit/debit card refunds, in compliance with FTC requirements).
• Refunds cover the product price. Original outbound shipping fees are not refunded unless the item was defective, damaged in transit, or we made an error.
• Non-refundable returned items (e.g., opened products returned in error) will be returned to you at your expense or discarded per your written instructions.

Non-Returnable Items:
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items purchased on final sale or with a “no returns” promotional designation

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, notify care@satoriia.com within 2 business days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the damage is confirmed. Claims received after this window may not be eligible.

Lost Shipments: If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact care@satoriia.com within 30 days of your shipping confirmation. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund.

International Orders: For lost or damaged international shipments, we will assist with carrier claims. Customs-related delays, seizures, or losses after the package clears U.S. customs are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for packages that are seized, held, or destroyed by customs authorities.

6. Our Commitment
We package every order with care and intention. If you have feedback on your delivery experience, we welcome it at care@satoriia.com. Your ritual should arrive perfectly.

The satoriia Kit Guarantee (applies at kit launch — nakedSTART and firstREAL kits). nakedSTART and firstREAL kits carry a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you follow the included protocol and are not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, email care@satoriia.com and we refund the kit in full to your original payment method within 10 business days. No forms, and no need to return the product. Limit one guarantee claim per customer/household. This guarantee applies only to nakedSTART and firstREAL kits; all other products follow the standard return policy (unopened, within 14 days of delivery).

SATORIIA HONEST CIRCLE MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Welcome to the Satoriia Honest Circle. These Terms govern your Honest Circle membership and any earned trial, and they supplement our full Terms & Conditions at www.satoriia.com. Please read them before enrolling.

1. Membership and fee. Honest Circle membership costs $49.00 USD per year. The annual fee is charged at enrollment and is non-refundable, except where required by law. The fee is never waived; there is no “free membership” tier.

2. Automatic renewal; cancellation. Your membership renews automatically once per year at $49.00 USD to the payment method on file, until you cancel. This auto-renewal is disclosed at the point of purchase, in your order confirmation, and here. You may cancel at any time — in your account under Subscriptions/Memberships, or by emailing care@satoriia.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current year’s fee. We send a renewal reminder at least 30 days before each annual renewal, with the amount, the date, and a cancellation link.

3. Member benefits. While your membership is active you receive: (a) 15% off eligible orders, applied at checkout; (b) free shipping on orders over $60 USD; (c) the Honest Notes; and (d) early access to new launches. Benefits begin at enrollment and end when your membership lapses or is canceled. Benefits are personal to you, non-transferable, and have no cash value.

4. 15% discount — not stackable. The 15% member discount does not stack with other coupons, promotional codes, or sitewide sales; where discounts overlap, the single best available discount applies. The member discount does not apply to gift cards, membership fees, taxes, or shipping charges.

5. Welcome gift — one per customer, ever. Eligible members may choose one full-size welcome gift (trueCLEANSE, realSMOOTH, or pureVIBES), subject to availability. For paid members, the gift ships with your first order of $75 USD or more placed as a member. Only one welcome gift is issued per customer, ever, across every path into the Circle — including an earned trial (Section 6). A member who received the gift through a trial does not receive a second gift upon joining the paid Circle. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made if a chosen item is unavailable.

6. Earned trial — “Honest Circle LIMITED.” If your first-ever order at satoriia.com totals $250 USD or more (after discounts, before tax and shipping), you receive Honest Circle LIMITED for three (3) months at no additional charge, beginning on the order date. During the trial you receive: (a) 15% off a single order — the discount may be used one time during the three-month trial (a subscription shipment counts as that one order); (b) free shipping over $60 USD; (c) the Honest Notes; (d) early access; and (e) your one welcome gift, shipped in the qualifying $250+ box (chosen at checkout). Only the first-ever qualifying order earns a trial. The trial is not transferable and has no cash value.

7. Trial does NOT auto-convert to a charge. The earned trial never converts to a paid membership automatically and never bills you. Because you provide no membership payment details to start a trial, nothing can be charged when it ends. At the end of the three months your Honest Circle LIMITED benefits simply end and you return to standard pricing and shipping. If you choose to continue, you may join the paid Honest Circle at $49/year by actively enrolling and paying — a separate, affirmative action by you.

8. Shipping thresholds. Free shipping applies to member (and active-trial) orders over $60 USD. For non-members, standard free-shipping applies to orders over $95 USD; below the applicable threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout.

9. Founding price lock. Members who join during the launch cohort keep the $49/year rate for the life of their continuous membership, even if the standard price later increases. The lock ends if the membership is canceled or lapses.

10. Changes. We may modify Honest Circle benefits or these Terms prospectively; we will notify active members of material changes by email before they take effect, and continued membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Nothing here limits your right to cancel.

11. Governing terms. All other provisions of our full Terms & Conditions — including governing law (Florida), venue (Duval County), warranty disclaimers, arbitration, and the chargeback and dispute provisions — apply to your membership.
