At Satoriia, we deliver our haircare with love, nurturing your wellness and a thriving planet. This Shipments Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle returns for your orders, ensuring a seamless experience from our heart to your home. This policy complements our Terms and Conditions and Honest Circle Membership Terms at www.satoriia.com.


1. Our Shipping Promise
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.
Shipping Confirmation: When your order ships, we will send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
Delivery Times: Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. While we partner with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, please note that all delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
Accurate Information: Please provide a valid shipping address at checkout. Satoriia is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or outdated addresses. Update your details via your account or at care@satoriia.com.


2. U.S. Shipping
Honest Circle Members:
Free standard shipping on orders over $60 USD (excluding taxes)..

Non-Members:
Free standard shipping on orders over $95 USD (excluding taxes).
For orders under $95 USD, standard shipping fees apply, displayed at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Additional Charges: Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may incur additional charges, shown at checkout.
Delivery Estimates: Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Restrictions: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Puerto Rico. We do not ship oversized items to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


3. International Shipping
Eligibility: International customers, including Honest Circle Members, may order from www.satoriia.com.
Shipping Fees: International buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. Fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier rates. Honest Circle Members do not receive free shipping perks internationally.
Delivery Estimates: International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after processing, depending on the destination and customs processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
Customs and Duties: International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and any nationalization or importation processes. Satoriia does not cover or handle these charges. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
Restrictions: Some products may be restricted in certain countries due to local laws. If an item cannot be shipped to your destination, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item.


4. Returns: Making Things Right
Eligibility:
Returns are accepted for unopened, unused products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or defective items are eligible for replacement or refund.
Welcome gifts and surprise samples from Honest Circle Membership are non-returnable unless defective.

Process:
Contact care@satoriia.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
U.S. customers will receive a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including for defective or damaged items.
Ship returns within 14 days of authorization to ensure timely processing.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return, covering the product price (excluding original shipping fees).
For defective items, we will refund or replace at no extra product cost; international customers must still pay return shipping.
Non-refunded items (e.g., opened products) will be returned to you at your expense.

Exclusions:
Gift cards, custom orders, or promotional items are non-returnable unless required by law.
International returns may incur additional customs fees, which you are responsible for.


5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Damaged Items: Notify care@satoriia.com within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund if the carrier confirms the damage.
Lost Shipments: Contact us within 30 days of your shipping confirmation if your order has not arrived. We will investigate with our carrier and resolve promptly if the carrier confirms the package is lost.
International Orders: For lost or damaged international shipments, we will assist in working with the carrier. However, customs-related delays, losses, or issues are the responsibility of the buyer once the order leaves the U.S.

SATORIIA HONEST CIRCLE MEMBERSHIP AND SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Satoriia Honest Circle Membership! Rooted in a passion for vibrant hair and a thriving planet, these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership and supplement our full Terms and Conditions at www.satoriia.com. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

1. Honest Circle Membership Benefits
For $49 USD per year, your Honest Circle Membership includes:
· 15% Off Purchases: Save 15% on all eligible purchases at www.satoriia.com, including one-time and recurring orders (not combinable with other promotions unless specified).
· Early Access: Be among the first to discover new products.
· Exclusive Offers: Enjoy special gift-with-purchase deals.
· Free U.S. Shipping: Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $60 USD; international members pay additional shipping per our Shipments Policy.
· Welcome Gift: After your first $75+ USD purchase as a member, choose one full-size gift (TRUE CLEANSE, REAL SMOOTH, or PURE VIBES), subject to availability.
· Surprise Samples: Receive 1–2 complimentary samples of upcoming or limited-edition products annually, at our discretion and subject to availability.
· Recurring Orders: Opt for recurring shipments every 1, 2, or 3 months, with the membership discount applied automatically.

2. Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals 18 or older worldwide for personal, non-commercial use.
U.S. members receive free standard shipping on qualifying orders; international members are eligible for all other benefits but pay additional shipping.

3. Billing, Automatic Renewal & Payment
· Annual Fee: $49 USD, charged at enrollment and automatically renewed every 12 months unless canceled.
· Automatic Renewal Notice: We will send a reminder at least 30 days before renewal, with clear instructions to cancel if you wish.
· Refund Policy: The membership fee is non-refundable except as required by law. If you reside in a state with specific refund rights (e.g., California), you may cancel and receive a refund in accordance with applicable law.
· Recurring Orders: Your payment method will be charged automatically for each recurring shipment, including applicable taxes and shipping.
· Updating Information: Please keep your billing and shipping information current via your account or by contacting care@satoriia.com. We are not responsible for overdraft fees, failed deliveries, or damages from outdated or invalid payment methods.
· Accessibility: These Terms are always available at www.satoriia.com and are provided at the point of enrollment.

4. Managing Your Membership
· Cancel Anytime: Cancel your membership or recurring orders anytime via your account or by contacting care@satoriia.com.
· Effect of Cancellation: Membership benefits continue until the end of the current billing period. Recurring orders can be canceled immediately; processed orders will ship as scheduled.
· Refunds for Unused Periods: No refunds for unused membership periods except as required by law (see above).
· Skip or Pause: You may skip or pause recurring orders before the next scheduled charge. Skips/pauses apply to future orders only.
· Our Rights: We may modify or discontinue the Honest Circle Membership with advance notice. Significant changes will be communicated, and you will have the option to cancel without penalty.

5. Welcome Gift
After enrolling and making your first purchase of $75 USD or more (excluding taxes and shipping), you may select one full-size gift: TRUE CLEANSE, REAL SMOOTH, or PURE VIBES. Limit one per member; subject to availability. We may substitute a comparable gift if necessary.

6. Surprise Samples
Members may receive 1–2 complimentary samples of upcoming or limited-edition products annually, at our discretion and subject to availability.

7. Shipping
· U.S. Members: Free standard shipping on orders over $60 USD;
· International Members: Eligible for all membership benefits but pay additional shipping per our Shipments Policy. Satoriia does not handle nationalization or importation.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
· Your Data: We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy at www.satoriia.com/privacy-policy/ and comply with all applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
· Cookies: We use cookies to enhance your experience as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination & Limitation of Liability
· Personal Use Only: Benefits are non-transferable and non-resalable.
· Termination for Misuse: We may terminate memberships for misuse (e.g., fraud) with 30 days’ notice and a pro-rata refund if required by law.
· Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to amounts paid by you for membership in the past 12 months, except as otherwise required by law. We do not exclude liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
· Contact Us First: For concerns or disputes, please contact care@satoriia.com.
· Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute will be resolved by confidential, individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules, in your county of residence unless otherwise agreed. Satoriia will pay all AAA filing and administrative fees.
· Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration and the class action waiver within 30 days of enrollment by emailing care@satoriia.com with your request.
· No Class Actions or Jury Trials: By joining, you waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials, except where such waivers are prohibited by law.
· State Law Rights: Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable state law.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, except where otherwise required by law.

12. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement for the Honest Circle Membership.
